Optimized Pipeline Solutions, LLC was founded in 1999 in Crowley, Texas by Mike Reagan to provide expert consulting services to the oil & gas pipeline industries. As a sole proprietor, Mr. Reagan successfully grew the company's client list and its pristine reputation for the better part of a decade.

In 2009, Richard Romero purchased Optimized Pipeline Solutions and moved the headquarters just south of Houston, Texas. He saw unlimited potential for growth and began strategically hiring to expand the in-house services while focused on maintaining the sterling reputation of OPS. In the course of a year, OPS has grown to 7 employees located in the Corpus Christi, Houston, and Dallas markets.

Today, Optimized Pipeline Solutions works throughout North America with 70+ pipeline owners to ensure safety and compliance on every line. OPS continues to expand its expertise and abilities within the industry and is focused on providing clients with a one stop compliance solution for all DOT, PHMSA, and state agancy regulations.
